This is always a reliable good breakfast spot. The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly as ordered. The portions for the hash browns were huge along with two pieces of toast. The service was good and the restaurant has a cozy feel.

Felt like some breakfast and ran into this place. It's kinda hidden off the street. There's a lot of people inside and plenty of seating. Kids making all this noise is driving the old people crazy. I ordered the PD Large Breakfast Combo. Pancakes bacon sausage hash browns ham and orange juice. Blueberry Pancakes were tough around the edges....I like the pancakes fluffy but they were good...bacon sausage ham were good as well as the hash browns. Orange juice was ok...basic stuff. If you in the area swing by and check it out.

I'm not sure how long Plumb D has been here, but I'm almost positive I ate here before I was reviewing restaurants. I know I also ate here when it was The Colliery. With that in mind, I decided to give this place another try as I'm certain my last breakfast here was not positive. I'm going to assume this is new ownership because the place appears to have new life breathed into it. I had the Farmers Omelet. It wasn't as advertised, but it was good. I think pictures ad description said potato chunks, or diced potatoes. This was hashbrowns, which was find by me. Ironically, I was going to request hashbrowns, but didn't want to be a pain. The omelet was cooked to perfection, the browns were crisp and the eggs had no brown. My only issue was the temp, it was warm, but not hot. The best technique is to cook the omelet about 75%, then put it under a broiler. That not only makes the eggs fluffy, but raises the eternal temp which makes it hot, and the cheese stringy. The gravy also could have been hotter to help. It was good, could have been better, but also could have been much worse. Technique is what sets restaurants apart. This place has A+ potential, but they are in the B category in my opinion. It was also cold in the restaurant. It's never a good sign when you don't have heat. We were unable to take off off jackets do to the cold interior temp.

I've passed this restaurant for several years and finally decided to stop for breakfast. I hate trying new places but surprisingly this place didn't disappoint. It was delicious and their portions are huge super and the prices aren't bad either. The customer service is superior. I felt welcome and the waiter kept coming around and pouring coffee & water, which I liked. It was busy but our orders were brought out fast. I do recommend this place.

This food is pretty solid. A car drove into the building last year so they were closed for awhile but once they reopened, they were packed! Things have settled now where they have a steady clientele busy during brunch hours and they provide pretty large meals - definitely enough to take home for some leftovers. My dad visited and loved this place when we went. He keeps saying he wished he lived closer to come here which was cute. Like an old style diner, someone will wander around with a coffee pot asking if you want coffee. There's also copious amounts of spices and sauces for you to give your breakfast an extra umph. Every time I go, I usually order a normal omelette or a sandwich. I'm not too daring but there's a lot of different diner offerings and Mexican food.

Nice little family style deli! Me and my wife come here pretty often. They serve breakfast and lunch and are only open until like 3:30pm I believe. I have got a lot of different orders here and like them all. They have great breakfast and lunch. The service is awesome if you get "Mom". She is super sweet. Most staff is great. I onetime came on the weekend and got a younger guy and sat on outdoor patio area and just got terrrrrrrrrrrible service. Walked out that day after sitting there 20 minutes. That was ONLY bad experience. Been here like 20 times. I love this place! Thank yee
